Add Watermark

Add Watermark on pdfpilot

How to use?

Add a text or image watermark across your PDF—set opacity, rotation, position, and which pages receive it, then preview on page one before you download. Processing uses pdf-lib in your browser, so your file is not sent to a separate watermarking service.

Use it for DRAFT labels, confidential banners, or logo stamps while keeping the original structure of the PDF.

  1. Open Add Watermark and upload your PDF.
  2. Choose text or image watermark and adjust size, color, opacity, and rotation.
  3. Pick a position such as center, a corner, or tiled repeat.
  4. Select all pages or enter page ranges like 1-3, 5.
  5. Check the live preview on page one.
  6. Apply and download your watermarked PDF.
